Excellent product,it works perfectly, just applied and live it for 30 minutes,then blow dried and go with the flat iron by small section until the hair is flat, then leave it for at least 3 days, and the hair became soft, with glow and you dont have to blow dry it if you dont want, I love it, I wll purchase this item again.

I purchased this product because it seemed just like the salon process to obtaining a keratin treatment. I followed the instruction to the "T" and it did not do what the product stated it would. For people looking for a cheaper way to straighten their hair "this is not It". I will invest the extra money and go to the salon.
