I've had Keratin process for over three years now and have become an expert on what to shampoo with - anyone who tells you (any vendor) that sodium is "OK" is lying, it isn't. NO sodium and NO sulfate if you have had a Keratin (any version of Keratin) process, these ingredients strip the Keratin and leave the hair dry. Some vendors out there are calling their products "for Keratin process" but don't believe them: READ THE INGREDIENTS YOURSELF FIRST!! I did this with this honey shampoo and it contains NO sodium or sulfates, smells like you want to put it on toast or in tea and it works beautifully! Left my hair clean, silky and shiney!! I will buy this again and again - there are currently only TWO products on the entire market (again, I've been at this for four years now) that are really SULFATE and SODIUM free; this one and one produced by Organix that you can get in Walgreens or CVS or Walmart.
